Students at the Scribbles Institute are fascinated with the process of charcoal drawing. Adult and youth classes are taught by Rob Court at our drawing studio in Santa Cruz, California.

Adult students at the Santa Cruz Mountains Art Center, California, explore mapping out a composition, sketching basic shapes and contours, depicting textures and shading with charcoal. Taught by drawing coach, Rob Court, the Drawing League course is organized by the Scribbles Institute.

 

Adult students at the Santa Cruz Mountains Art Center, California, experiment with the unique blending qualities of Prismacolor pencils. They started with a base yellow color, then built up layer upon layer of blue, red, and yellow resulting in vibrant hues.
